Great article. I'm 30 years old and I've written over 5 books. I too wrote my first "book" in middle school, although at that age self-publishing on Amazon wasn't yet a thing. My process changes every few years, and sometimes our progress halts when we realize we need to shift priorities for a while or take a new approach. It takes work to write a book and different books take different approaches. Thanks for the reminder that our environment and approach are always important, and if they change it affects our ability to write.
