Thanks for this. It's basic advice but there is a lot of misinformation about there. I cannot recommend weight lifting enough. For whatever reason people want to do cardio, but not weights. I did not get the body I wanted until I started picking up the weights and eating right. Otherwise I just became a skinnier person in a sort of... vague similar shape.
